- Providing employment and labour law advice to key business stakeholders including senior management, and HR, WHS, Injury Management, Payroll, and Operations teams.
- Managing complex disputes and workplace investigations to resolve complex employment matters prior to litigation.
- Advising organisations on wage compliance and minimum entitlements under awards, enterprise agreements and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
