Adi recently held a senior in-house legal counsel role supporting the APAC region of a global technology company with a workforce of over 3,000 employees advising on a broad range of complex employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, partnering closely with senior leadership and HR teams to deliver strategic, risk-aware solutions.

  • Interpreting and advising on application of employment and industrial legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), and Modern Award terms and compliance
